Our packaging is designed to keep our tea as fresh as possible and to keep out light, moisture and odours. Our packaging is laminates of foil and plastic. Our packaging can be reused and upcycled and we certainly encourage our tea drinkers to reuse our packaging whenever they can. My Mum uses her empty packets to keep her seeds in and I keep mine to keep fiddly things such as screws and nails in! We are committed to working through ways we can reduce our impact on the environment and we are constantly looking for ways to improve. Whilst we really wish we could use a more environmentally friendly packaging - at present it is just too expensive to implement at this time but as we go forward in the future- we will always look to find a better solution.
